Agan’s Bakery Shipping Policy

At Agan’s Bakery, we are committed to delivering your fresh baked goods with care. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle orders, shipping, and delivery.
1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within [1-2 business days]. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- Made-to-Order Products: Some items may require additional preparation time to ensure quality and freshness. Please refer to product descriptions for specific lead times.
2. Shipping Options & Rates
- Local Delivery: If eligible, local delivery options will be provided at checkout. Fees and delivery windows vary based on your location.
- In-Store Pickup: Customers may choose to pick up their orders at our bakery. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
- Shipping: We currently ship to USA. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and destination.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery windows will be provided at checkout.
- Please note that delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen courier issues. Agan’s Bakery is not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been handed off to the carrier.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship perishable goods to P.O. Boxes or certain remote areas.
- Due to the nature of our products, some items may not be eligible for shipping during extreme weather conditions to preserve quality. In such cases, we will notify you and offer alternative arrangements.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your delivery status.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. If incorrect information is provided, delivery delays or failed shipments may occur.
- If an order is returned to us due to incorrect information, we can resend it, but additional shipping fees may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Orders
- We take great care in packaging your order, but if your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged products. We will work with you to find a solution.
- If your order is lost or significantly delayed, contact us, and we will assist you in tracking it or filing a claim with the carrier.
