At Agan’s Bakery, we take great care in preparing high-quality, fresh products for you. Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or provide refunds once an item has left our store.

Custom Orders: For any custom orders, once preparation has begun, no refunds, cancellations, or changes can be made. Please review your order carefully before confirming, as these items are made specially for you.

If you experience any issues with your purchase while still at the bakery, please notify us immediately. We will do everything we can to resolve the matter on the spot. However, once the items leave our premises, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
